Immediately after the termination of your license to use the materials, you will stop using the materials and, if we request it, you will delete or return them, because we go directly from all computer equipment and storage media and otherwise destroy all copies of materials (in any form or in any media) that we have made available to you or made available to you. You guarantee that you have performed these acts within 30 days of the end of your licence. 11.2 The termination of the contract assumes no existing responsibility of the customer to the supplier and, in the event of termination of that contract, the supplier is entitled to recover from the Customer the loss or damage suffered by the supplier as a result of such termination. 6.2.3 Charge per publishing service: This means a subscription to the release of bulk sheets of goods invoiced individually at the time of publication and not by annual subscription or anytime start. When the sharing service purchases a fee, the customer agrees that the customer acquires all future shares of the subject merchandise and that the supplier continues to charge the customer, unless the customer informs the supplier in writing of the termination. Regardless of this, the customer must pay all these notifications within 7 days of the termination date. 3.2 Unless the customer agrees otherwise, the supplier only delivers goods to Singapore that must be delivered physically (for example. B pounds). International delivery is only possible after prior agreement between the supplier and the customer. 12.5 If a clause (or part of a clause) of these conditions is annulled, invalid, unenforceable or unlawfully declared by a court, this does not affect the validity and applicability of other clauses or other clauses (if any).
The parties to a contract do not intend to ensure that a term of contract is enforceable by a person who is not a contracting party under the Rights of Third Parties Act 1999. 3.2 The buyer is responsible to the Seller for ensuring the accuracy of the conditions (including applicable specifications) submitted by the Trade Buyer and to provide the seller, within sufficient time, with all necessary information about the merchandise so that the seller can fulfil the contract in accordance with its terms.
